The purpose of The Jollygist BLOG is simple….. to offer an explanation of the Australian junior exploration industry to interested members of the junior exploration industry investment community.

I do this two ways:

• By writing articles about specific facets of the junior exploration industry.
• By providing personalised reviews of ASX-listed exploration company ASX announcements, presentations, quarterly activity reports, or the company itself.

The articles explain specific aspects of the sector; the exploration process, the jargon, the exploration thinking and strategies behind exploration pathways, exploration methods and tools. I’ll also write about the exploration objectives, the different types of mineralisation and the characteristics of each type of mineralisation, IOCGs, SEDEXs, VMS’s, etc…
